1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return according to our Returns Policy.

3. Custom Orders

Custom or special order items cannot be cancelled once production or sourcing has begun. A non-refundable deposit may be required for these items.

4. Cancellation Refunds

If your cancellation is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
