Returns Policy

Every BMC air filter assembly and Xenplus lighting kit is backed by our 7-Day Fitment Verification Guarantee. If a product does not install into your vehicle's OEM housing or socket despite matching our catalog compatibility, you are entitled to an immediate exchange or return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a standard return: • Hardware must be uninstalled, brand new, and free of mounting scratches, clamping marks, or electrical splicing. • Filter elements must retain their factory pre-oil seal without engine test-run exposure. • Packaging must include original manufacturer boxes, warranty registration cards, stickers, and all supplied accessories.

The following items cannot be returned: • Filter cleaning kits once detergent or oil bottle seals have been pierced. • Custom-modified wire harnesses or bulbs with trimmed socket tabs. • Custom-fabricated silicone reducers or bespoke exhaust components. • Clearance sale items explicitly designated as Final Sale.

Do not ship items back without an active Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To initiate a return, message our support desk with your Order ID and photo verification of the uninstalled hardware. Our operations team issues an RMA and reverse-pickup shipping label within 24 hours.

Upon physical receipt at our central technical warehouse, items undergo technical inspection within 2 business days. Approved refunds are credited directly to your original payment method (UPI, NetBanking, or Credit/Debit Card) within 3 to 5 banking days.
