All catalogue prices are listed in Indian National Rupees (INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless indicated otherwise. Official GST B2C or B2B tax invoices accompany every dispatch. VOXXER reserves the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies or cancel orders originating from technical inventory anomalies with a 100% full refund.

VOXXER MOTORSPORTS supplies genuine high-performance filtration, lighting, and intake equipment engineered for enhanced airflow and competition utility. Customers are responsible for verifying state and regional road safety compliance prior to installation. VOXXER is not liable for improper installation, engine damage caused by substandard mechanic labor, or aftermarket emissions non-compliance.

All products are dispatched via trusted insured courier networks (BlueDart, Delhivery Air, DTDC Priority). Risk of loss and title transfer upon confirmed carrier delivery. In case of exterior carton tampering or damage during transit, customers must report within 48 hours to initiate insurance replacement claims.

VOXXER MOTORSPORTS, the VOXXER crest, and associated design marks are proprietary trademarks. OEM badges and partner brand logos (BMC Air Filter, Xenplus) remain the registered intellectual property of their respective manufacturers and are displayed strictly under authorized distribution.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal claims or arbitrations arising from storefront transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tamil Nadu, India.
